Using Remo for your online events is very easy. It is easy as well for guests to join your events, but you may also want to assure that your participants will not be subject to inappropriate or disruptive content from other guests. Remo developed the Private Event feature to assure your events are free from uninvited guests. Take note that only invited users can join Private Events. Here’s how you make your event private:

When Creating New Event

Login to your account and click on ‘Create Event’.



Click on ‘Prepare’ under create new event.



Complete the required information and click on the check box next to ‘Private Event’. Assure the box becomes highlighted in green.





After you complete the required information, click on ‘Save and Publish Event’ located in the lower left corner of the page.



For On-Going/Recurring Events

Click on the three parallel horizontal lines located at the upper left corner of the virtual office to open the menu.



Click on ‘Event Settings’.



Select ‘Prepare’.



Click on the check box next to ‘Private Event’. Assure the check box becomes highlighted in green.





Click ‘Save Changes’ located in the lower left corner of the page.
