4. Check Technical Requirements 


  • Microphone and Camera

To get the full networking experience use a computer with a camera and microphone. It's not required but this will create an amazing experience


  • Browser Updates  

As we use the latest video technology, make sure your browser and operating system (OS) is updated to the latest version. Please check that you are using a compatible browser and OS that fulfils the versions listed below.

We currently only support Chrome, Safari, or Firefox browser on your desktop/laptop computer. 


Our Mobile web version is currently in beta, so you may still use it but some features are not currently available such as share screen, entering presentation mode or using the whiteboard. Therefore, we strongly recommend (especially for event hosts) to use a desktop or laptop when hosting events on Remo.


Tablets are currently not supported for all users including event hosts, speakers or guests.

If your camera or microphone still does not work, go to live.remo.co and left click the 'Need Help' button in the lower left-hand corner




5. Run a Test Event 


Just to get a feel of your event and ensure it runs smoothly, try having a run-through of your event a few days in advance with some of your colleagues.


  

6.  Get a Feel for Remo 


Go into your event space and get a feel for how to use Remo, try switching tables, turning on your camera and microphone and posting an announcement. You can also watch this video that shows how to navigate and use Remo:
