...but if you really still want to cancel your subscription with Remo:

Please remember that all our Remo plans will remain active unless you choose to cancel. This way, you can come back at any time and pick up where you left off!

1. Log into your Remo account and go to your Plan & Billing page

Only Account Owners are able to access this page.

2. Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button

3. Please let us know what we can improve on Remo, and click 'Cancel Subscription'

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period, so you can continue to use your account until then.

If you wish to cancel your account immediately, you can contact our Success Team (please note though, your plan will not be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period)

Tip For You: If you do choose to cancel your Remo plan, please make sure you download all your past event’s data and recording that you need.
