Once inside your Remo Virtual Office:


1. Click on the ‘Open chat’ icon located at the lower right corner of the page.

2. Click on the ‘Bell’ icon located on top of the chatbox. Make sure that a line appears on the ‘Bell’ icon which indicates that it is already muted.

3. To unmute, click on the ‘Bell’ icon again.
