|Adding Sponsor Banners||Request for more sponsor banners than what is available on your plan|
|Adding Team Members||Request for more team members than what is available on your plan|
|Personalized Onboarding (for you and your team)||Dedicated strategy session with our Customer Success Team to provide support and guidance for event success|
|Group Training (for up to 10 people)||Have a Remo expert train your team on how to use Remo (can be a mix of Event Hosts and Speakers)|

|Event Consultation||A Remo Expert will guide you through all the steps – starting from event creation through to event execution (suitable for large, enterprise-level, or elaborate events)|
|Large tables (up to 16 guests per table)||Request to increase your guests per table limit from 8 to up to 16 guests|
|Conversation Mode Closed Captioning||Request for all conversations (in Conversation Mode) to be closed-captioned for your audience|

To ensure we can process any of the above add-ons or services in time, please make your request at least 10 working days* in advance of your event.
*Except if you are requesting additional sponsor banners, team members, or large tables, you can make your request no less than 2 working days in advance of your event.
