Both Hopin and Remo provide users with flexibility for their events. Using the two platforms, hosts can choose how they want to structure their event to maximize their guests' engagement and interaction. For example, both platforms allow smaller meetings between guests for networking whilst having large-scale presentation capabilities. Although, Remo does provide a tad bit more freedom for both hosts and guests. For guests, they can freely move around the Remo space so they can choose which table and which conversation they want to join. On the other hand, hosts get more customization capabilities with Remo. They can customize their event space in terms of design, colour, layout and much more to better match their own branding. Remo provides pre-loaded designs, but also gives hosts the opportunity to design the entire floor plan from scratch if that’s what they want!
