Remo gathers personal & impersonal information about users.

Personal information (about Remo users):

• Name
• Surname
• Email
• Billing Details* (For Account Administrators only)

* For Event Hosts (Account Administrators), we gather billing details as well such as credit card information, billing email, banking information, location at the time of transaction and/or a billing address

If the user fills out the profile information, we may gather links to LinkedIn, Facebook and other details. Filling your profile is not mandatory

Impersonal information (about users and non-users that visit our webpage):

There are 4 types of information: product analytics data, technical log data, devices information and location information. The information gathered is anonymous or can be anonymized. 

Examples include:

• Login time
• Log out time
• IP address
• Browser version

Remo doesn't collect any special category of personal data as political views, health information (PHI), race, ethnicity, genetic data, religion, sexual orientation or biometric data for ID purposes.
