Before you begin, please test your system’s compatibility with Remo here. This will allow you to diagnose if there is a problem and where it is!


Currently, Remo Conference supports the following:


Supported Operating Systems:


Remo Conference is currently optimized for the following operating systems, updated to the latest version:

  • Windows**
  • Mac
  • iOS Safari or Chrome*
  • Android Chrome*


*Please note though, when using mobile, you will not be able to share your screen, or use the whiteboard while on presentation mode Therefore, for Event Hosts and Speakers, you must join the event using a computer or laptop to maximize all features in Remo. **If you are currently using Windows 10 and facing issues, please do reach out to our Chat Support team through the 'Need Help' button in the lower-left corner of your screen for assistance.


Tablets and iPads are not supported at the moment.



Supported Browsers:


Remo Conference can be currently accessed by the following browsers, updated to the latest two versions:

  • Chrome
  • Safari (on Mac & iOS only)
  • Microsoft Edge (on Windows only)


For example, at the time of writing, Chrome is at version 94, so Remo would support Chrome versions 92+ (the two latest versions)

Unsupported Operating Systems or Browsers:


Any operating systems or browsers not listed above are not supported or tested by our internal team. You can try to use these unsupported operating systems or browsers but you may not be able to use Remo's full functionality.
