In-Event Management is when a support manager will attend your event and help you manage it from a host's perspective. This can include making announcements, starting presentation mode, inviting guests onto stage, and helping you run your event in general. Please allow one month before your event to co-ordinate this service.
Speaker Technical Onboarding*
Speaker Technical Onboarding is when a support agent will help onboard your speaker before your event. This can include helping them become familiar with the platform and dealing with any technical requirements. Please allow one month before your event to co-ordinate this service.
Event Building/Theatre Setup*
Event Building/ Theatre Setup is where a support agent will help you set up your event space, prior to your event. This can include setting up your Sponsor Banners, Welcome Message, and Floor Plan. It does not include designing a custom floor plan though. Please allow one month before your event to co-ordinate this service.
|Custom Floor Plan*||If you are looking to design your own custom floor plan for your event, we can connect you with some designers. You can then contact any of these designers and discuss your needs, as well as the price for it.|
|In-Event Technical Support|
In-Event Technical Support (formerly White-Glove) is when a support manager will attend your event and support you and your guests directly with any technical issues during your event. This person will work with you to diagnose the problem and drive towards a quick resolution. Remo offers this service in-house, so for more information on how to request it and get a quote, please refer to this article.
*Remo partners with fantastic virtual event management companies to offer In-Event Management, Speaker Technical Onboarding, Event/Theatre Setup, and Custom Floor Plan services.
