1. Profile Image


Ideal dimensions: 128 px (width) x 128 px (height)

Maximum File Size: 512 KB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG

Remember the profile picture renders as a circle, so make sure to leave some buffer or white space around the edge of your image to accommodate for this.



2. Cover Image


Ideal dimensions: 780 px (width) x 490 px (height)

Maximum File Size: 1 MB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF




The cover image can't be removed from the Event Banner. But if you click on the image in the Event Banner, it will expand.



3. Sponsor Banner images

Ideal dimensions: 219 px (width) x 94 px (height)

Maximum File Size: 1 MB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF


4. Sponsor Advertisement Display


Ideal dimensions: 435 px (width) x 300 px (height)

Maximum File Size: 1 MB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF



If the image looks blurry in your event after uploading, please try to double the image size to 870 px (width) x 600 px (height) and re-upload the image to your Sponsor Banner.


The Sponsor Ad box is white, the color can't be changed.


5. Welcome Message Image 


(This is the message your guests will receive when they enter your event for the first time but remember you must enable this in your Event Settings by clicking 'Extras', and then 'Onboarding')


Ideal dimensions: 220 px (width) x 220 px (height)

Maximum File Size: 1 MB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF



The Welcome message box is white, the color can't be changed.



6. Company Logo


(If you enable Custom Event Branding, your Company Logo appears on the top bar in your Events, on your Event Landing Pages, on the Mic-Cam Check page, and your own Left-side Menu Bar)


Ideal dimensions: No specifications, but a square image is recommended (1:1 aspect ratio)

Maximum File Size: 1 MB

Supported Formats: JPG, PNG
