How to View Event Analytics
1. Log in to your My Events dashboard
2. Pick a past event you'd like to view analytics for and hover your mouse on it in order to click the pencil icon in the top right corner
3. Choose the "Post Event" tab and select "View Event Analytics"
4. That's it! You can now view all the recorded analytics for your event - check the section below for which key metrics and analytics you can view
Event Analytics Breakdown
Let's dig a little deeper into the actual data that you can find on the analytics:
- Total Registrations
- Total Attendees
- Total General Chat Messages
- Total Relationships Started*
- Total Registrations Over Time
- Total Attendees Over Time
- Top Guests by Number of Relationships Started* (ordered list of users by the number of relationships started)
- Top Guests by Mic On Duration (ordered list of users by the duration their microphone was on during the event)
- Content Banner Breakdown (graph measuring total banner clicks and CTA clicks for each content banner)
- Total Banners
- Total Banner Clicks
- Total Banner CTA Clicked
- Total Remojis
*A Relationship Started refers to a pair of users who have been at the same table with either their microphone or camera turned on for greater than 1 minute
A couple of important points to note about these Event Analytics...
- Analytics from only the past 30 days are available for an event. For example, registrations from the past 30 days will be recorded in Total Registrations.
- Event analytics will update every 24 hours (so you may need to wait up to 24 hours at most after an event to view your full analytics)
- You can export charts and tables as a CSV or PDF if you wish to keep your event information
